    We love this restaurant. It’s a perfect stopover from the ferry. My cheeseburger was perfectly cooked and the seasoned fries were terrific. My husbands Cook house combo sandwich described as really good. He doesn’t often compliment the food. Service was excellent. Bathrooms spotless.

    Don't let the appearance of this place dissuade you. It's an old building. Very small. But the food is really good, with huge portions. Friendly service. Very unlike any of the big commercial diners on L.I. It has more of a rural, country feel to it. Honestly it felt like I was on vacation for an hour.

    Went there for breakfast. It was busy and we sat at the counter. Service was very good. The food was good. I liked the selection and prices. Parking is limited, you might have to park in the street at busy times. The place is small but quaint. Has an old time feel to it. It is only open for breakfast and lunch. I would go back.

    Average and expensive for what you get. Food and service was much better. Waitress was so busy speaking with one customer about her vacation. Previous owners had to move to California for personal reasons. Food & service was excellent then.

    This place is a horrible place. They only want cash and doing everything under the table. They're rude and prices are high. RACIST. They drop utensils on the floor, pick up and and gives it to you use it. Disgusting!!!!
